Our company allows you to return or change the products purchased from our online store.
Terms of Returns
- You can return or change the product within 14 days from the day of purchase.
- The product should not be used, the packaging has not been opened and is in good condition.
- The product should be accompanied by all necessary documents demonstrating how the transaction ( receipt, invoice , etc. )
- You will need to contact our company to inform us of your intent to return or change the product. You can contact us either by phone ( tel : +302109532878 ), or electronically through the contact form on our website.
Return products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
NOTE: For hygienic reasons no returns are accepted on fluid replacement electronic cigarette.
Procedure return the product changes
1 ) In one of our stores
In this case you can go to the nearest store. The store manager will check the product and then will guide you for further options.
If you wish to replace the product with another , we would recommend you contact the store in advance with us to confirm the availability of the new product of your choice.
2 ) Delivery of the product
In this case we would ask you to follow the following procedure.
- Pack the product in a larger box to be protected during shipment.
- Place inside the package that you create a document that indicates your desire to change or return the product . In case of change please mention the new product you want to send . Moreover please let us quote and how you want to resolve the outstanding economic , if the product has been approved for a change or refund.
- Send the parcel via the freight from which you received your order, the Return Department.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
In case of changing the product, shipping costs borne by the new client.
In the event that the product infringes the terms and refunds declared unfit to return, then it will be returned to the customer. The transport will be borne by him.
